How do wine club shipments work?

Wine Club shipments are sent every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the frequency you select. We will always email you two weeks before your order is processed, giving you time to customize your shipment, add additional items, or simply keep your previous selection.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your card will be charged only once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification two weeks in advance.

What happens if I want to change my selections after my order is processed?

We usually process and ship orders within 2 business days. Once the courier has collected your order, we are no longer able to make changes. However, if the package is still in our possession, we may be able to accommodate last-minute updates.

How do I update my address, billing address, or payment method?

You can simply log in to your account using your email by clicking on the Sign In button at the top right-hand side of our website. From there, you will be able to update your information independently.

How do I manage my delivery frequency for my shipment?

You can manage your delivery frequency directly from your account by logging in and updating your preferences at any time.

I have too much wine right now! Can I skip a shipment?

Absolutely! You can skip an upcoming shipment by simply logging into your account and clicking on “Skip Upcoming Order.”

If you prefer, you can also contact us by email and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that shipments can be skipped up to 24 hours before the processing date.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Alternatively, you may contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that the Club membership can be canceled free of charge after the second order. If you choose to cancel before the minimum commitment is met, a €50 early cancellation fee will apply.
